Your coursework will address current communication issues and the latest technological advances. And our small faculty-to-student ratios and class sizes ensure you'll get individual attention.

Our faculty are recognized for their excellence and ability in teaching and research. In fact, the Central States Communication Association honored our department for outstanding faculty/student collaborative research programs. Faculty also have extensive experience in their respective fields, bringing their real-world experiences to the classroom.

The best word to describe our faculty is "active." They conduct research and publish their findings in academic journals, present papers at national conferences, hold offices in professional associations, and are dedicated to remaining current in the field of communication.

And although they have high standards and expectations, our faculty truly care about helping you succeed. They'll take time to meet with you outside the classroom, give you advice about class projects, provide constructive comments on your papers, respect your opinions, and encourage you.
